When you receive The Cosmos Tree’s Throat Chakra Healing Salt, the first thing you should do is open the packet and keep it in your place of worship or an altar if you have any.

If you receive it during the day, keep it in the place of worship for 5 to 10 minutes before using it. However, if you receive it close to the time of sunset, you should leave it overnight and use it the next day in the morning.

To use it, add one tablespoon of the salt in 10 litres of water. If you want more water, you can double the amount, 2 tablespoons in 20 litres of water, and so on. Now, take a bath with this water. Do not rinse afterwards with clean water as the salts should remain on your skin to work.
